This is how you improve your Sure Bets:

Click on the calculator on Sure Bets at bettbrain. A betting calculator will appear where all the bookies and their odds are shown. A number of bookies (in the drop down bookies menu where only one bookies name is shown) can have the same odds. If you have no money on the first then select the next.
